Ads and Sponsorships can be submitted online by filling out the form below, or by downloading a pdf copy and emailing the filled out form to donations@stringsattachedorchestra.com. Printed forms can also be submitted at one of our rehearsals, or mailed to Strings Attached Orchestra c/o Ivan Lavine, SAO Treasurer – 232 Forest Hill Rd., Toronto, ON, M5P 2N5.
Please Note:
- Credit Card Payment – Do not submit credit card information with this form. An invoice which can be paid online by credit card will be emailed to you following submission of your sponsorship form. (The invoice will be normally be sent within 24 hours of receiving your online form.)
- Bank Email Transfer – Please send a bank email transfer for your sponsorship to donations@stringsattachedorchestra.com. Please use your ten digit phone number with no spaces, dashes or brackets as the password to your email transfer.
- Cheque – Payments can be submitted through any of our members at one of our rehearsals or cheques can be mailed to Strings Attached Orchestra c/o Ivan Lavine, SAO Treasurer – 232 Forest Hill Rd., Toronto, ON, M5P 2N5.
- All cheques should be made out to Strings Attached Orchestra.

- The deadline for placing an ad in our 2019 End of Year Concert Programme Book is Wednesday, May 1st, 2019
