Ads and Sponsorships can be submitted online by filling out the form below, or by downloading a pdf copy and emailing the filled out form to email@example.com. Printed forms can also be submitted at one of our rehearsals, or mailed to Strings Attached Orchestra c/o Bonnie Wasser, 42 Arlstan Dr., Toronto, ON M3H 4V9.
- Credit Card Payment – Do not submit credit card information with this form. An invoice which can be paid online by credit card will be emailed to you following submission of your sponsorship form. (The invoice will be normally be sent within 24 hours of receiving your online form.)
- Bank Email Transfer – Please send a bank email transfer for your sponsorship to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use your ten digit phone number with no spaces, dashes or brackets as the password to your email transfer.
- Cash or cheque – Payments can be submitted through any of our members at one of our rehearsals or cheques can be mailed to Strings Attached Orchestra c/o Bonnie Wasser, 42 Arlstan Dr., Toronto, ON M3H 4V9.
- All cheques should be made out to Strings Attached Orchestra.

- Holiday Concert only – $500
- Both concert programme books – $750
- Full Page Ads
- Year End Concert only – $300
- Holiday Concert only – $275
- Both concert programme books – $400
- Half Page Ads
- Year End Concert only – $175
- Holiday Concert only – $150

- Quarter Page Ads
- Year End Concert only – $100

- The deadline for placing an ad in our 2018 End of Year Concert Programme Book is Tuesday, May 1st, 2018
- Ad artwork or text should be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by Sunday, May 10th, 2018
