Musical Education

“The wise musicians are those who play what they can master.” – Duke Ellington

While most of us in Strings Attached pursue music as a hobby rather than a profession, we are each serious about continually learning and improving on our sound, as individuals and a group, to the best of our abilities. String instruments in particular are a family of instruments where the tiniest movements add up to massive changes in sound, and so taking the opportunity to learn proper skills to improve on sound and technique is highly recommended. Whether it be with a teacher, other musicians, in a book or online, learning is not only good for our sound, but for our brains too! We hope the links we have provided here can give you a chance to learn something new and  grow as a musician.
